Insert a photo into an Autoshape

Word 2003

1. Click on the Autoshape button on the Draw toolbar and select a shape. Click and drag the shape over your page.
2. Click on the arrow next to the Paint Can and select Fill Effects
3. Click on the Picture tab, click on Select a Picture
4. Navigate to your My Pictures folder and select a picture, click Insert and then OK
5. The picture will appear in your chosen Autoshape
6. If you want to change the shape because it is not suitable, click on the Draw button (on the Draw menu) and choose Change Autoshape, select another shape
   

Word 2007

1. Insert a photo by clicking on the Insert tab, click on Picture
2. Navigate to your My Pictures folder and select a picture, click Insert and then OK
3. Make sure the photo is selected, click on the Format tab, click on Picture Shape choose a shape by clicking on it from the dropdown menu and it will change the shape of the photo
4. You can keep changing the shape of the photo by choosing different shapes from the Picture Shape menu

Downloading youtube movies on Macs

I have just come across an easier way to download youtube movies on a Mac. This works only in Safari. As the movie is playing press Option - Command - A and an address window will open.
Click on the arrow next to the Movie File name to view all the files.
Double click on the biggest file and it will start downloading to your Download folder in your folder. The download file will be called get_video. Open your VLC player,
Go to File - Open and open your movie and it will play.
