There will be green tick in the Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting Autoshapes 
Click in the box to remove the tick and then click OK.
When you go back to Word and insert an object there will be no ‘Create your Drawing here’ box!
All digital cameras have a movie recording facility. You can shoot small movies at least 30 secs at a time. Be aware that they can chew up your memory card. Some movie cameras save their movies in AVI format but some will save as Quicktime. Rad Video Tools will convert your Quicktime into AVI. Download the software. Open Rad Tools, find the file to convert, click on Convert a file. Choose AVI from Output type
Click Convert. Click OK. Click Done! The movie will be converted into an AVI which can now be imported into a PowerPoint or MovieMaker.
